1, under the leadership of the general manager, responsible for the company's (injection molding workshop, glass workshop and other) production management;  

2. According to the company's annual business objectives, organize the formulation and implementation of the annual production/quality/logistics/personnel administration business development strategy and plan, manage and achieve the business management objectives;  

3. Responsible for organizing and establishing the factory's production and operation system, quality system, cost control system, assessment system, safety system and other relevant systems and processes, supervising the implementation of 5S, and responsible for the promotion and implementation of lean production;  

4. Develop emergency plans for sudden anomalies (equipment, production, personnel, etc.).  

Job Requirements:  

1 Science and engineering background, age below 48 years old;  

2. Work experience in large domestic auto parts manufacturing industry (more than 300 people) (Taiwan-funded enterprises or large private enterprises are preferred);  

3 Have production management or quality management background, have a certain understanding of injection molding, glass and other processes;  

4 Familiar with the overall operation of enterprises, with advanced management concepts and strong ability to formulate and implement strategies;  

5. Have outstanding leadership ability, adapt to high-intensity work pressure, give professional guidance to the team, enhance team cohesion, and lead the team to work together.

Qualifications:  

① College degree or above, major in mechanical/electrical/electronic/chemical engineering.

More than 3 years quality work experience, auto parts industry experience is preferred

Understand IATF quality management system and master common quality tools

④ Can have a strong logical thinking, problem analysis and solution ability, can withstand certain work pressure.

⑤ Have strong communication and expression skills, can independently carry out training.

Job Requirements:  

① Monitoring, analyzing, solving and preventing bad manufacturing and outflow of manufacturing process quality anomalies.

② Process inspection record compilation  

③ Preparation of quality control plan  

④ Track and confirm the process of nonconforming products, analyze and deal with them, and track the verification results

Qualifications:  

① College degree or above.

More than 3 years working experience as system engineer in automotive industry, IATF internal auditor certificate is preferred.

3 Familiar with IATF16949:2016 management system requirements, familiar with VDA6.3 and five tools  

④ Have strong communication skills, organizational skills and problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Requirements:  

① Responsible for the company's quality system planning, establishment, operation, improve the company's management process.

Establish and maintain the company's quality management system IATF 16949 

③ Organize the internal audit and management review of the system, and track the improvement of the problem points.

④ Prepare two-party system audit according to the special requirements of customers, and accompany and lead customers to conduct two-party audit (system, including potential supplier audit)  

⑤ Responsible for the tripartite audit with the certification company, and close the audit problem points to ensure that the system certificate is valid.

Implement the national mandatory product certification CCC requirements, and carry out supervision and inspection.

⑦ Organize the relevant personnel of the company system to conduct standard training.

⑧ Document control work such as the issuance and recycling of company system documents

Qualifications:  

① College degree or above.

More than 8 years of automotive electronic hardware work experience, with automotive lighting controller or BCM, body controller hardware design experience is preferred.

3 Familiar with the enterprise standards and technical requirements of mainstream car companies (Volkswagen, Geely, Changan, etc.)

④ Proficient in analog circuits, digital circuits, embedded applications, with strong schematic audit, PCBlayout audit and EMC analysis audit capabilities.

Job Requirements:  

① Responsible for hardware related design review in the process of electronic product cycle.

② Responsible for the development of electronic hardware related design standards.

③ Responsible for the development and review of the company's project hardware design scheme (including chip selection, port configuration, etc.).

④ Responsible for guiding and training hardware engineers to improve the overall level of hardware design.

⑤ Responsible for the review of the final hardware freezing plan of the project
